Terms & Conditions of Purchase and Payment
1. Acceptance of Terms:
By placing an order and completing a payment through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as all applicable company policies. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time by publishing updates on the website.
2. Orders, Pricing, and Tax Invoices:
- All product prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- If you require a full tax invoice, please provide accurate and complete details during the checkout process. The Company reserves the right not to issue retroactive tax invoices if the required information was not submitted at the time of purchase.
3. Payment Methods:
You agree to pay for products and services through the payment methods specified on the website. Once payment is successfully completed, the order is considered final and non-cancellable, except under the conditions specified in our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy.
4. Payment Gateway Disclaimer:
You acknowledge that payments made via credit/debit cards or online payment systems (Payment Gateways) are processed through third-party financial institutions and service providers. The Company shall not be liable for any delays, errors, or damages arising from the operation or systems of such financial entities.
Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Methods and Dispatch Schedule
- Products are shipped via leading private courier services or Thailand Post, depending on the delivery area and product category.
- Deliveries are processed on business days, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays and official company holidays.
- Orders with completed payment before 5:00 PM (17:00) will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders paid after 5:00 PM will be dispatched on the second business day following the order date.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
The estimated delivery time, calculated from the date the Company hands over the parcel to the courier, is as follows:
- Bangkok and Metropolitan Area: Approximately 1–3 business days
- Other Provinces: Approximately 2–5 business days
- Remote Areas / Islands: Approximately 3–7 business days
Note: The timeframes above are estimates only. Delays may occur during festive seasons, high-volume promotional campaigns, force majeure events, or natural disasters.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, the Company will provide a tracking number via your account on our website at Order Tracking, allowing you to check the shipment status directly with the courier.
4. Procedures for Delayed or Non-Received Deliveries
If you do not receive your products within the estimated timeframe specified in Section 2, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Check the delivery status using your tracking number on the courier’s tracking system.
Step 2: If the tracking status shows no movement or the delivery is overdue by more than 3 business days, please contact our Customer Service via Line Official: @leesoonthai, specifying your Order Number.
Step 3: The Company will immediately coordinate and investigate with the courier (the courier's investigation process typically takes approximately 3 business days).
Step 4 (Resolution):
- If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit: The Company will dispatch a replacement product to you as quickly as possible or issue a full refund according to your preference.
- If the delay is due to force majeure on the courier's part: The Company will actively assist in expediting the delivery for you.
5. Limitation of Liability for Incorrect Delivery Information
The Company reserves the right not to be held liable for any delays, losses, or additional expenses resulting from delivery failures due to inaccurate recipient names, addresses, phone numbers provided by you, or the inability to contact the recipient as scheduled. If a parcel is returned to the Company as a result, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees as determined by the Company.
