Short Description

Steel Concrete Anchor, Sizes 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4"

Product description

Sleeve Anchors are made from high-quality steel and zinc-plated to prevent rust and corrosion.

They are designed for a secure grip and offer excellent load-bearing capacity and tensile strength. Ideal for installations requiring high strength, they can be used on solid concrete, solid brick, and hard stone surfaces.

Product Highlights:

Strong Material: Made from premium-grade steel, highly resistant to tensile and shear forces.
Firm Grip: The sleeve is designed to fully expand when the nut is tightened, ensuring a secure and stable hold within the drilled hole.
Rust Resistant: High-quality zinc plating helps extend the product's lifespan.
Easy to Use: Quick and convenient installation—simply drill a hole, hammer it in, and tighten.

Product Specifications Table and Required Drill Bit Sizes Caution: Choosing a drill bit for a sleeve anchor must be based on the width of the sleeve, not the size of the threaded stud. You can refer to the table below.

Suitability and Supported Applications (Categorized by Size)

Sizes 3/16" and 1/4" (Light Duty - General Use):
Suitable for: Interior decoration, wall-mounted shelves, TV mounts, electrical conduit installation, large picture frames, and curtain rods.

Sizes 5/16" and 3/8" (Medium Duty):
Suitable for: Small to medium steel roof frames, awnings, air conditioner compressor installations, handrails, steel framing, and general structural steelwork.

Sizes 1/2" and 5/8" (Heavy Duty):
Suitable for: Building structures, steel columns (Base Plates), passenger elevator installations, large roof structures, and anchoring factory machinery subject to vibration.

Size 3/4" (Industrial and Large Structures):
Suitable for: Anchoring street lighting poles, steel beam structures (H-Beam/I-Beam), heavy machinery, or structures requiring massive load-bearing capacity.

Easy Installation Steps:

Drill: Use a masonry drill bit of the size specified in the table to drill a hole slightly deeper than the length of the anchor.
Clean: Blow out the dust or use a brush to clear concrete debris from the hole (This is very important to ensure the anchor can fully expand).
Insert: Insert the sleeve anchor into the hole (with the nut and washer attached) and lightly tap it with a hammer until the washer is flush with the workpiece.
Tighten: Use a wrench to securely tighten the nut. The inner sleeve will expand and permanently anchor itself to the concrete.
